Who We Are

Yes No Capital LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Minnesota. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Sticky Money ai and related services at stickymoneyai.com.

Information We Collect

Account information: When you subscribe, we collect your email address and your TradingView username. We use your TradingView username to grant you invite-only access to the indicator. We use magic link authentication — we do not collect or store passwords.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy. We retain only the transaction records Stripe returns to us (amount, date, subscription status) for accounting, tax, and dispute purposes.

Subscription data: We track which tier you subscribe to, your billing status, and the custom tickers you add to your account (up to the limit of your tier).

Usage data: We use Cloudflare's built-in analytics, which does not use cookies or track individual users. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking scripts. We do not collect your trading activity, positions, P&L, or any information about how you use the indicator on TradingView — that data lives entirely on TradingView's platform and is subject to their privacy policy.

Transactional email: We send emails for sign-in codes, payment receipts, subscription changes, and refund confirmations. We do not send marketing or promotional emails unless you explicitly opt in.

How We Use Your Information

To authenticate your account and deliver indicator access through TradingView
To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
To send transactional emails (sign-in codes, payment receipts, subscription changes)
To deliver Institutional tier weekly reports to Institutional subscribers
To respond to support requests and honor refund requests
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations
To comply with legal obligations (tax records, regulatory requests, dispute responses)

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
We do not serve advertisements or use ad-tracking technologies
We do not use cookies for tracking (authentication uses HttpOnly session cookies only)
We do not build behavioral profiles or sell data to data brokers
We do not collect, store, or analyze your trades, positions, orders, or P&L
We do not share your email or account data with any third party except the service providers listed below

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data on our behalf:

Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com/privacy)
Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, database, and key-value storage (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy)
TradingView — indicator distribution platform where your chart activity occurs (tradingview.com/privacy-policy)

Data Storage and Security

Your email, TradingView username, and account data are stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) and Cloudflare KV (key-value storage). Authentication tokens are signed with HMAC-SHA256 and transmitted over HTTPS only. Session cookies are HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes.

No storage or transmission system is ever 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, your email and basic account records remain in our system for account recovery and tax/accounting purposes for up to seven (7) years, after which they are deleted. Stripe retains transaction records separately for their own compliance period.

To request immediate deletion of your data, email us at the address below. We will delete your records within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Request deletion of your data
Object to or restrict certain processing
Receive your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)

Children's Privacy

Sticky Money is not intended for and is not knowingly used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we will delete it promptly.

International Users

Yes No Capital LLC operates from the United States. If you access Sticky Money from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page, and where reasonably possible, active subscribers will be notified by email. Continued use of Sticky Money after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
