The Entity Behind Sticky Money

Sticky Money ai is a technical analysis indicator published by Yes No Capital LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Minnesota. Throughout these terms, "Sticky Money," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Yes No Capital LLC operating the Sticky Money ai product. "You" refers to the person using the product.

Yes No Capital LLC is not an investment fund, asset manager, broker-dealer, registered investment advisor, commodity trading advisor, or financial institution. We do not hold, manage, or invest anyone's money. We do not execute trades. We publish a technical analysis tool that overlays computed levels onto trading charts.

What Sticky Money Does

Sticky Money is a Pine Script indicator distributed through TradingView. It computes moving averages, fibonacci retracements, session levels, volume profile, fractal structure, and other technical analysis reference points across multiple timeframes, and scores agreement zones based on how many independent analysis categories historically aligned at the same price level.

The indicator displays what is on the chart. It does not place trades, manage positions, recommend positions, or instruct you on what to do with any position. All decisions about whether to enter, exit, hold, or avoid any trade are yours alone.

Everything published by Sticky Money — including the indicator itself, agreement zone scores, historical statistics, narrative output, alerts, the user guide, the transparency page, the website, marketing materials, and any other content — is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing published by Sticky Money constitutes:

• Financial, investment, or trading advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, option, cryptocurrency, forex pair, or any other financial instrument
• A solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument
• Legal, tax, or accounting advice
• A guarantee of future results

All historical statistics shown in the indicator or on the website are backtested observations of past price action and do not predict future outcomes. Past performance does not equal future results. Technical analysis is inherently retrospective — it describes what has happened, not what will happen.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Leverage, options, futures, forex, and cryptocurrency trading can result in losses exceeding your initial investment. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decision.

No Guarantees on Data Accuracy

Market data consumed by the indicator is sourced from TradingView and its underlying data providers. Historical statistics are computed from backtests against third-party market data. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data displayed or computed.

Data feeds can fail, lag, or return errors. Indicator calculations may differ between live and replay modes due to limitations of Pine Script's historical data requests. Sessions may lock at different times than expected during market holidays or daylight saving transitions. Market data may be delayed relative to the authoritative exchange feed.

You should independently verify any data before relying on it for any purpose. Always check the original source and your broker's authoritative quote before placing any trade.

Your Responsibility

By subscribing to Sticky Money, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes
• You will not rely on Sticky Money as your sole source of analysis for any trading decision
• You understand that all technical indicators — including this one — describe the past and cannot predict the future
• You understand that trading involves substantial risk of loss and you can lose more than you invest in leveraged products
• You will consult qualified professionals (financial advisors, attorneys, accountants) for advice specific to your situation
• You are legally permitted to use technical analysis tools in your jurisdiction
• You will comply with TradingView's own terms of service when using the indicator on their platform

Subscription Terms

Sticky Money is offered as a monthly subscription in multiple tiers. Pricing and tier details are shown on the subscribe page and are subject to change. Current subscribers will be notified of material price changes before their next billing cycle.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and ends indicator access at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months.

Refunds for new subscribers are governed by our refund policy.

Institutional Tier

The Institutional tier ($299/month) delivers weekly deep-dive reports published simultaneously to all Institutional subscribers. These reports are impersonal broadcast publications — not custom, tailored, or bespoke research prepared for any individual subscriber. They help subscribers interpret market data in broader context.

Institutional reports do not constitute financial advice, do not create any advisory relationship, and do not create any fiduciary duty. Yes No Capital LLC is not a registered investment advisor. The Institutional tier operates under the publisher's exclusion recognized in Lowe v. SEC, 472 U.S. 181 (1985).

Intellectual Property

The Sticky Money indicator source code, algorithms, scoring methodology, narrative templates, backtest results, visual design, and aggregation logic are proprietary to Yes No Capital LLC. Subscribers receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the indicator on their own TradingView charts for the duration of their active subscription.

You may not: republish the source code, reverse-engineer the indicator, share your TradingView access with others, resell or redistribute the indicator or any derivative work, scrape or bulk-extract data from Sticky Money, or use Sticky Money output to build a competing product.

Limitation of Liability

Yes No Capital LLC, its officers, members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of Sticky Money or reliance on any data, analysis, or content provided. This includes but is not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, tax consequences, fees charged by your broker, slippage, execution errors, data outages, or decisions made based on indicator output.

The indicator and all related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yes No Capital LLC's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to Sticky Money shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of Sticky Money shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Sticky Money after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page, and where reasonably possible, active subscribers will be notified by email.
